Intern:
8 weeks internship at PCSIR, Karachi
• Microbiological testing of food and water at Microbiology Analytical laboratory.
• Learning of HPLC, GCMS testing and operating at Chemistry Analytical Laboratory.
• Nutritional Testing and Adulteration testing of Confectionary, Baking, Dairy products at Food Analytical Laboratory.
Intern:
4 weeks internship at Food and Biotechnology Research Centre, PCSIR laboratories Complex, Lahore
• Food Dyes and Aflatoxin testing (Dried fruits, Rice, Spices etc)
• Meat and Dairy Product Nutritional and Adulteration Testing.
• Critical Analysis and Quality test of Water.
