Significant experience in program implementation and delivering trainings to the political party worker, civil society participants specifically women from conflict zone
Experience in designing and developing program

Strong understanding of Pakistan Politics and Political Parties, Humanitarian, Health policies and Educational programs

• Liaise and coordinate with the members of the policy wings / policy development structures of the political parties in relation to upcoming meetings, training sessions and other activities
• Liaise with topic-related trainers, facilitators and policy experts for their likely inputs in the meetings and training sessions of the policy wings
• Help programme team in event planning and execution
• Send invitations to the members and facilitate their travel and logistics
• Email and phone correspondence with the focal persons of the policy wings / policy development structures and other stake holders
• Help programme team in on-spot logistics of the programme events
• Facilitate group work and focus group discussions on policy topics identified by the policy wings / policy development structures of the political parties
• Translate in Urdu the questionnaires for membership input developed by policy wings / policy development structures
• Facilitate policy wings in analyzing data after questionnaire administration to identify key trend of the opinions of the party members
• Facilitate policy wings in consulting and correctly referring research work in Policy Briefs
• Document meeting minutes and produce activity reports
• Assist in all other activities pertaining to Task 5 of indicator 3.2 as delegated by the Tabeer programme manage
• Oversea and manage and execute the overall program implementation
• Overall management, supervision and coordination of program/project team
• Manage and supervise a team of six staff members and two interns
• Develop budgets for all activities of the program
• Develop work plans and conduct routine program analyses, including regular review and use of monitoring data and organizational quality standard indicators to track progress against key indicators
• Conduct training plan and implementtraining programs and evaluate the results of trainings and manage participants’ data;
• Lead a team and conduct regular meetings, briefs and debriefs
• Conceive, develop work plan and execute program activities

• Drafting reports about program activities and monitoring and measuring program results by using different M & E tools
• Ensure management, monitoring and reporting system.
• Review and prepare terms of reference and work assignments for consultants and partners
• Field visits to monitor program activities
• Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with participating political parties, civic groups, government officials and other representative bodies
• To liaise with various tiers of parties’ leadership to ensure proper and timely implementation and effective coordination of the program
• To liaise and coordinate with other teams especially in M&E for compliance and timely reporting of the project/ program
• Interacts with key members and share progress of work, resolve problems, and find alternate workable strategies
