Working on T24, managing cash related transactions.
• Preparation of all cash related statements required by SBP and Head Office.
• Cash receipt payment / sorting / posting/Cross Branch Transactions.
• Posting of Inward and Outward Clearing Cheques.
• Liaison with NIFT
• Balance the cash at the end of the day
• Assist in achieving the goals / targets of the branch
• Ensure minimum waiting time for customers while doing cash transactions and deal each customer politely & with courtesy.
• Responses to Customer Services account inquiries on account balance, transaction details, statement and fees and charges.
• Manage Customer Cash books
• Manage concerns and queries of customers efficiently and promptly.
- Installing software and Windows
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and support users Desktop computer and laptops
- Data entry in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Verifying and maintaining quality of data entered by others.
- Web researching and data gathering using search engine (Google)
