A OPD coordinator's job is to ensure that a medical facility is providing high quality care services. They work with administration, staff and patients to reach healthcare goals and keep the lines of communication open.
Job Responsibilities
• Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing markets. Involved in
developing sales & pricing strategies.
• Liaising with customers & the dealer network to answer and resolve their queries.
• Identifying and then researching potential leads and opportunities.
• Constantly developing existing sales processes which will generate sustainable growth.
• Responsible for developing own portfolio of customers.
• Collecting all the information required to create a request for an estimate. Writing accurate
& informative sales reports and documentation. Contacting prospective clients by phone
and email. Identifying the customer's needs.
• Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and the public sector. Evaluating
competitor activity and developing appropriate responses. Attending sales appointments
at clients premises. Attending trade shows and exhibitions when required. Cold calling
potential clients via telephone or personal visit. Making appointments to meet new and
existing clients.

• Undertake all the activities for official submission / collection of application approval and
timely processing of various legal documents.
• Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local
government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence
visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license,
foreign license, etc.
• Prepare all documents required for visas, permits and licenses application. Submit,
follow up and collects visas, permits and licenses to / from Immigration & Labor
departments.
• Deposit visas at the airport for joining staff.
• Ensure that all procedures with Government Departments, Labour, and Immigration are
carried out constructively and effectively.
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Embassies,
Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services
such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail,
electricity.
Keeping & Maintaining Payroll (All Activity Related Payroll).
Keeping & Maintaining Production Record.
Keeping & Maintaining All Document of Employees (Related HR).
Export Documents With L/C (Custom, Bank, Party as per L/C requirement).
Export Documents (Custom, Bank, Party (COO, GSP,B/L Switching as per requirement)).
Import Documents (L/C Opening, Bank Guaranty Documents, Clearance Documents).
Dealing With Bank.
Dealing With Custom House and Sale Tax House.
Dealing With Shipping Companies (Container Booking, Rate Negotiation Etc.).
Document Controller of All the Office Work.
Data Entry.
Computer Operator.
Handling BSCI, ISO Audit for the company.
