• Developing Examinations and Assessment strategies and associated policies, in conjunction with the Director of Undergraduate Studies and Head of Department
• Ensuring assessment procedures are implemented appropriately
• Attending Faculty Examiners' Meetings and maintaining records of their outcomes;
• Statistical analysis of module marks is available to Internal and External Examiner
• Producing records of discussions and action taken, including formal minutes of the Program Examiners' Meetings.
• Determining Departmental policy on the release of results to students, including arranging for the notification to final year students of their provisional degree classification and module marks, subject to ratification of Senate and other relevant University regulations, and ensuring the accuracy.
• Liaison with the University Examinations Office as required, and to respond to all requests for information from that Office.
• Receiving, checking and printing of examination papers according to Instructions.
• Carry out a final check of module marks for accuracy prior entering them into Automation, and a further check after entering has been completed
• Keeping up to date with all examination requirements and ensure that staff and students are aware of the relevant regulations, communicating these as necessary.
• Receive & store all exam papers as they arrive and be responsible for all stationery.
• Make appropriate provision for students who have an exam clash or other special requirements, ensuring arrangements for candidates with special needs are met.
• Ensuring examination papers are dispatched to the exam board/examiners as required by the regulations.
• Providing centre timetable to include dates, times, venues and number of candidates.
• Arrangements for the special case Exam with collaboration with concern departments.
• Answering queries regarding dismissal, warning, Probation,W,I,F Grades prior & post exam
• Processing Student record clearance at the University leaving/Final stage
• Processing and finalizing Unfair mean Case happen in Examination and updating relevant department.
• Data mining &Departmental Questioner and surveys development
• Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets
• Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationship
• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly team Performance report
• Preparing Contact Center monthly 3G/4G CS Presentation
• Complete concept-testing for new products &Evaluate market penetration
• Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the CS Projects
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources
• Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Collaboration with different departments on CS Projects
• Ensuring project delivery are on time, within the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes as established during the CS Project planning phase
• Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
