A self-made Hospitality Individuals who started off his career as Front Desk Officer (Rooms Division) with Michaels Beach Hotel, and ultimately attained the position of Operations Manager/General Manager in various Hotel, Restaurant, F/B Manager, Cyprus UK& Pakistan
In the last 5 years, operated as the Country General , I have been directly involved in establishing the first HC Branch in Islamabad . I was responsible for the complete set up of the premises and my role included interior and exterior designing of all areas and establishment of global brand standards. Being project Manager and opening General Manager, I liaised with the HC QA team from Shanghai, China and ensured that all SOPs, service standards, manual guidelines, brand vision, staffing and procurement were successfully put in place. As Country GM I am responsible for promoting the HC name in Pakistan and reporting directly to the CEO in the CHINA
Over 20 years of experience working in the Cyprus, England & Pakistan with leading 5star Hotels, namely Michaels Beach Hotel and Apartments/Hilton /Holiday Inn,/ Best Western and Restaurants in the capacity of FOM, BQT ,F&B, AGM,Operations Manager, General Manager & Country General Manager.
