• Planning and managing the maintenance of various commercial and residential properties of the Group.
• Ensuring all health, safety and security requirements are met in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies etc., including testing water systems, fire systems, cradle systems, A/C systems, etc.
• Makes routine and scheduled foot patrols of development, grounds, and parking lots.
• Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, archiving, cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
• Manages and directs work programs for the maintenance of buildings, plumbing systems, electrical systems, power generation, alarm systems, landscaping, pest control, waste water and drinking water treatment, waste collection and parking areas.
• Prepare and maintain annual budget for building use and facility maintenance.
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial workers.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, supplies and materials to perform required duties effectively and efficiently.

• Execution MEP Engineer, Supervising sites and carrying out meetings and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing works such as Electric Power transmission (High and low voltage). Supervised Insulators & Hardware fittings Installation . HVAC facilities design, construction, operation and maintenance or repair.
•Supervision of deep foundation (Pile and pile caps) for the mast tower for over head high voltage transmission lines. Installation of pipes, pumps, cables and all the accessories from first fix to final fixes.
• Manage safety and health and other related issues, risk assessment, planning for safety, and the safe use of construction plant and equipment, electricity and other services. Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, and Fire Protection, Personal Protective Equipment.
• Effective project management, providing detailed project time schedule and following-up to ensure the compliance with approved schedules.
• Planning and scheduling of material movement, man power mobilization and various activities coordinating with other connected agencies: timely interaction with main contractors/Subcontractors for them to carry out their portion of work to ensure smooth and timely completion of the project.
• Carrying out value engineering exercise on current design system. Review of Engineers Estimate and Bill of Quantities.
• Process and complete standardized design practices for successful completion of entire projects as part of an assigned project team.

• Experienced in implementation of designs as per contractual documents and specifications.
•Supervising Jr. Engineers and providing Technical Support as required.

• Providing overall leadership to the site and the design team in technical and non-technical matters. Check and ensure the completeness of progress. Peer review of drawings and supervision for Installation of all the Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing works from first fix to final fix.
• Professional engineering support for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC).
•Overseeing the Engineer and Contractor for QA/QC and Health and Safety related issues. Work place health and safety planning, safe use of construction plant and equipment, electricity and other services. Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, and Fire Protection. • Act as a liaison with core teams Consultants in expediting drawings and related information for approval and issuance to Contractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress of works on construction sites, track responses on project management processes.
• Planning and scheduling of project. Monitor contractual aspect of works, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes. Understand all design documentation, drawings, specifications, contract terms and conditions, and any special requirements, including project milestones.
• Assist in preparation of Taking over Certificates or Final Certificates, as per Contract requirement or appropriate upon acquiring recommendations Supervision Consultant, for the approval of Director Projects and further processing.
• Assist Senior Manager Projects to review extension of time claims by Contract. Collect and organize facts from Contractors and Consultants.
• Actively reports on project Contracts, Budgets and Personnel to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time & budget.
•Coordinating for claims, litigations and legal issued faced by the firm.
•Involved in obtaining approvals / utilities from the Government including Water, Power and Gas.
