·         Responsible for the efficient and effective maintenance of all assets and all personnel in a designated area and ensure high operating reliability and safety.
·         Over look at the progress of the planned preventive Maintenance PPM and insuring maintenance work is carried out properly at all properties
·         Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation. 
·         To continuously explore ways to deliver efficient and effective maintenance service by following the defined maintenance Plans, Practices, and ways of working to ensure maintenance objectives are met. 
·         Assist in building hand over procedure including carry out snagging as per authorities’ rules and regulations.
·         To be responsible for providing engineering and technical expertise to enable the effective and efficient management of assets. 
·         Ability to work under pressure and responds to any emergency calls.
·         Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.
·         Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.
·         Training of staff and Engineers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.
·         Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures
·         Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors 
·         Manage subcontractors, ensuring all subcontractors follow standards 
·         Generate and Create Reports, CM, PPM & Task from CAFM (Concept Evolution)
Ensure that all maintenance requests are attended to within the pre-defined SLA.

 • Inspected installation, Testing and commissioning of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), Fire alarm System (FAS), Access Control System (ACS), Telecom Distribution System (TDS), Close Circuit Television (CCTV), and Electrical& Electronics Control System. • Inspected , supervised, Installation, Testing and commissioning of IBMS , BHS,DDC Control Panels, Wiring of Panels, Generator Control Panels & Automatic Fuel Transfer System, Local Control Panels of DB’s , HT, LT, ACB’s, MCCB’s, UPS, Battery Banks, EDB’s, SMDB’s, ATS, AMF, VAV, Chillers, Boilers, AHU , FCU, Computer Room, DX units, Supply / Exhaust Fans , Ventilation Fans.
