System Administration (Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtual Machines etc.)  Network Administration (Cisco Switches, routers, Firewalls etc.)  VPN and Site to Site connectivity.  Information Technology/Security Governance.  Configuration of Virtual machines on VMWare Esxl server 6.0  Migration of Data and windows server over MS Azure.  Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, DNS) to all employees.  Providing end-to-end computer and networking equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.  CCTV security Cameras installation and technical support.  Testing and evaluating new technologies.  Responsible of managing Mikrotik Routers.  Responsible of NAS servers (FreeNAS, Synology, etc.)  Responsible of managing Cisco Switches and Mesh Wireless Controllers.  Co-ordination with software and hardware vendors for new implementations and maintaining SLAs.  Responsible to provide On-Site / Remote Access diagnoses and resolution of IT issues.  Maintaining weekly backups of Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Exchange, and ADDC. 

Being working in NOC (Network Operations Center) team, Network support responsibilites are as follow:- Troobleshooting issued occoured in network , resolving and reporting them to relevent department by issuing tickect and collecting follow back to reported qurries.- Working in Cisco based envoirnment with fiber optic cable all over the city.- Supporting corporate clients from initial configurations and visiting the critical links personally. Deployment of new client\'s internal network, MS servers installation and configurations, and all related required tasks for better internet and network services.

I’m working here to assist the manager for it related projects which includes physical complete cabling, computer networks, CCTV installations and maintenance, windows servers, wireless bridges, attendance equipment, telephone exchanges, VPN and i also interact with troubleshooting, access control, hardware and network devices, systems security, MS Office, Linux and MAC.

It was a internship at Services Hospital Lahore. I learned there the basics of physical computer network, practically interaction with windows servers and core troubleshooting.
