· Provide support to enrolled and promoted Afghan Refugee boys in Pakistani school in class 10th for continuation of their classes and appearing in annual examination of BISE Balochistan.

· Maintain and validate students’ attendance on monthly basis from school registers.
· Prepare work plans on monthly basis for Pakistani Public Schools’ activities and procurement plan for distribution of items to re-enrolled students.
· Coordinate regularly with project boy’s schools’ Principals and Education department for smooth implementation of all activities as per work plan.
· Ensure that objectives and indicators as outlined in the grant agreement are met in time.
· Actively coordinate with MEAL team to ensure that appropriate monitoring and impact assessment mechanisms and tools are being implemented.
· Responsible to maintain Pakistani public boy’s schools’ documents as per organization and donor requirement and share attendance and students’ data with MEL team.
· Provide support to MEAL team in baseline, midline, end line surveys and assessments.
· Follow all organization SOPs on Safety and Security while conducting the activities in the assigned areas.

· Identification and Enrollment of Out of Scholl Girls and enroll in ALP and BLN centers.

· Promote the Girls on Livelihood with new ideas and new trades of earning and make sure the market linkages.

. Assist District Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
. Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
. Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG (teacher’s inquiry group) meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the District office accordingly.

1. Facilitate the re-vitalization of existing and formation of new PTSMCs in the selected schools.
2. Carryout the baseline survey in the selected schools.
3. Facilitate PTSMCs in opening of their bank accounts,
4. Build Capacity of PTSMCs on their roles and responsibilities,
5. Mobilize PTSMCs to undertake development interventions for improvements of schools.
6. Build the capacity of PTSMCs in preparations of school improvement plans.
7. Conduct orientation sessions and trainings for PTSMCs on schools management and monitoring,
8. Provide support to in the implementation of SIPs through grants provided by IDO.
9. Provide support to teachers, PTSMCs in overall improvement of the selected schools,
10. Conduct orientation sessions, and trainings for school children, teachers and PTSMCs members on various themes as planed under the project.
11. Maintain close liaisons with LG officials and elected representatives during the implementation of various components of project.
12. Prepare and submit report related to the field activities on regular basis to the project manager and or management of IDO.
13. Abide by the IDO’s policies, procedures and values and to maintain confidentiality and best interest of the organization.
