Screening, acceptance and dispatch of fresh milk from main centers to plant Lab, meeting all defined quality norms by improving analytical skills of Lab Staff To ensure implementation of personal protective equipment, safety at work and usage of calibrated equipment, glassware and standardized chemical solutions To manage timely reporting of abnormalities and malfunctioning at any level and suggested corrective actions Identification of centre and route losses, rejections with suggested & implemented corrective actions Field Lab and dairy Farms Staff management with proper monitoring Maintaining levels of chemicals, equipment and glassware by raising timely demand and follow up to have sufficient stock for area labs all the time Responsible for repair and maintenance of area lab equipment To conduct milk hygiene training sessions of Lab Supervisors and collection centre staff To do any job assigned from time to time To do work in a standardized way
