With my experience and knowledge, I would like to bring a major change in the education system by implementing innovative ideas and ideals. As an intelligent communicator, I would like to interact with lots of people, and work as a self-motivated person for planning organizational procedures and practices.

My most recent experience as Communication Officer at AGAHE involves case studies development to identify beneficiaries for case studies, to conduct interview with clients for the assessment of their social and economic development and empowerment. Moreover, developing organizational IEC material such as quarterly newsletters, organizational profile, briefing papers, Case study Booklet and Annual Report, including write up and designing of material with that designing brochures and flipcharts for public awareness and also provide the support to field team by designing the campaigns and events and highlighting their field activities. I managed events including trainings, seminars, conferences, celebrations etc & handled event management tasks including venue finalization and site visits. I have supported the program team in developing methodologies for impact evaluations/need assessments in AGAHE Pakistan and study designs as well as tools for surveys and training of the field teams. To ensure the data collections of field activities to publish on our website and other social media channels I had to Coordinate with field Staff including Projects coordinators . I have done photography for all events and took pictures from the field to incorporate them in IMC material to highlight the field activities and client productivity.
