the company primarily dealing with the Finance, Economics and Charted Accountancy fields. they often get the medical related contents and i want to become the medical writer so i think to terminate the job and working as a freelancer for medical related projects. i worked there on the post of Research Analyst.
Medical Technologists
My duty include routine test of Hematology and Biochemistry, maintain QC of Biochemistry, Perform RIQAS, maintain the record of QC and RIQAS samples, stain bone marrow slides and routine slides of Hematology. i developed the Standard Operating Procedures of Hematology, Parasitology, Serolology, Biochemistry. Moreover wrote the Sample rejection and Acception criteria.Add results on the software and initialize the result. manage the out going special tests. supervise the trainee and internee in their training. tech the trainee students about operating the analyzers, how critical results are managed and communicate to physicians or resident doctors.
