Key responsibilities include: Looking after approximately 670 outsource staff day by day HR matters of company’s major clients. Payroll Execution: Ensuring timely and error free payment of 670 Outsource staff all monthly financial payments (salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, incentives & bonuses etc. if any) Manage personal and professional data of employees in Softrack (Company Software). HR Record: Preparation, Reconciliation, & Processing of Payroll & Master File for management, non-management, & other staff members on monthly basis. Recruitment: Facilitates in inducting the talent against critical positions as well as operational. Employee Separation Issues: Handling of Employee Separations, including Full & Final Settlements. Employee Relations: Ensure company-wide open communication of all major developments in the company, by informing the relevant people / all employees HR Reports & Budget Evaluation: Review & prepare HR reports, forecast & analysis the cost pertains to HR & OD. Policy & Procedures: To evaluate current policies align them with country’s labor laws. Overtime, incentives & bonuses etc. if any) Liaison with Govt. institutions to ensure legal compliance i.e., SESSI/ EOBI Provide Advice & Assistance to all employees on benefits & policy related matters Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
Key responsibilities include: Manage day-to-day matters of all staff at Field. Prepare their “Daily Attendance Sheets” of Labor Staff and monthly “Time Sheets” of Management & Technical Staff. Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner. Process their medical claims through Insurance Company. Distribution of their “Monthly Cash Salaries” of Labor Staff up to 8.5 million. Maintain files all employees. Check and verify all expenses claims/vouchers of Field Staff. Prepare Contract Staff Rotation and forward it to Field Administrator for further processing. Handling all issues involving employee complaints and questions. Report any disputes or grievances to Client’s representative. Coordinate with Vendors and deputed resources. Maintain up to date records of contractor’s employees. Generation of salary slips to various employees on demand. Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner Provide complete assistance to the client HR department in salary reviews and appraisals. Conduct new employee induction to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Maintain files all employees. Prepare contract letters for employment, termination, appraisals, experience certificates, warning letter and full and final settlement of existence employees. Supervise payroll to finalize the salaries liaising with the accounts department and manage the processing of salaries from company to bank. Handling all issues involving employee complaints and questions. Maintenance of payroll sheet for permanent staff employee payroll issues, monitoring deductions from the payroll coordinate with Vendors and deputed resources.
