I have served both in public sector programs and in donor funded projects with non-governmental agencies. I have profound knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation and full clarity over contemporary concepts and applied tools and techniques that include database management, conducting surveys and studies, periodic reviews and appraisals, documenting case studies and success stories. I am Well versed in use of Microsoft office suite and have demonstrated skills in data analysis. I have sound knowledge of report writing/ donor correspondence together with expertise in facilitating donor's visit to the program area. Most recently I have worked closely with government functionaries in a governance and reform project with the Education department where I was tasked to provide technical assistance to the office of District Education Officer in implementation of Education Support project activities as well and to liaise with other government offices such as Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Accounts Office, District finance and Planning Office. Moreover, during early phase of the COVID-19 Pandemic I performed the additional task to coordinate with the office of the District Health Officer and to provide technical assistance in the use of corona alert portal for tracking and reporting of SARS COV 2 positive cases in the district. Develop learning material and upload on KP E-learning portal for students to watch during the lockdown. I have also hands on experience of development and management of humanitarian aid assistance programs during natural disasters. Having served both at mid and operational level I have a better understanding of the matters related with effective planning along with steps required for the smooth implementation.

Primary point of focus for planning, implementation and management of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector (KESP-II) interventions at district level. Responsible for planning and implementation of KESP technical assistance activities via offices of District Education Officers male and female. Coordinate and assist different teams formed under project for effective service delivery to the government counterparts and ensuring communication of results to all stakeholders by means of periodic reporting, documenting case studies and success stories and conducting steering committee meetings. Providing continuous sustenance and technical backstopping to the computer operators on maintaining Education Management Information System EMIS up to date and draw meaning full results from the compiled data. Continuous monitoring of the data compiled by Education Monitoring Authority on their dash board and look for anomalies in the data and for reporting gaps besides Suggesting revisions/improvement both in the android application of the EMA and monitoring protocols for the Data Collection and Monitoring Assistants DCMAs in addition to continuous capacity building of the team on updates in the web application or reporting protocols/ procedures.

·         Provided support to Schools & Facilities team for district level activities of conditional grants release & tracking of implementation progress and other Schools & Facilities team activities.

·         Facilitated Governance & Management team for district level activities like preparation, Implementation, progress tracking and revision of annual plan of action for the district office (District Education Plan DEP), Budget preparation, tracking of budget execution and progress of selected ADP schemes (identified by Directorate of E&SE).
·         Supported M&E Team in data collection for Research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the program at district level.
·         Provided support to the Communication team for collection of information i.e. success stories, photographs (before/after of infrastructure schemes) and coordinating important updates from ESED and KESP TA.

As Data Management Officer I had a key role in the research process my responsibilities ranged from recruitment selection and training of the team through development of the tool, mapping of the field area setting data collection intervals and ensuring compliance of data collection protocols, controlling data entry with double entry method and validation with MS Excel, all the way to sharing the results and findings by means of  dissemination events at district and tehsil levels with all the stakeholders. I had to constantly engage with the technical and field teams simultaneously while keeping all the records and maintaining database updated for effective communication/reporting with the project management as part of daily work routine.  Support provided to the technical teams in the preparation of checklist for the qualitative component of the study and selection of localities and target group through randomization and matching. Conducted focus group discussions and prepared draft reports based on the qualitative data collected. Prepared case studies and visual documentary on the whole process.

•       Provided support in the development of tools for both qualitative and quantitative components of the study and facilitated the recruitment, selection and training/mentoring of data collection and data entry teams.
