Key Responsibilities.
1.Conduct routine/periodic insepection of Branches.
2.Highlight Compliance risk during the branches insepection and reviews.
3.Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical banking practices in the branches.
4.To identify and collect information (mainly through customer comlaints,incedents of frauds,seeking Depositer's/customer feedback directly through phone or in person,surprise visits of branches) of unethical behavior/conduct that is not in line with FIs internal policies or regulatory instructions on part of employees.
5.Ensure fair treatment of customers and ethical behavior in their day to day operations in the organization.
6.Assesment of ethics and customer conduct in branches and over all operations of the bank and different departments.
7.Identify and reporting of the gaps to the management.
8.Insure audit observations has been rectified and verification is done.
9.Develop and plan field visits to review branches and field visit to meet customers.
10.Any other assignment given by the line manager or management.
1.Collect and consolidate data from various system for analysis Monitoring & reporting.
2.Identify effciencies and work to improve ongoing processes.
3. Investigate and resolve data issues.
4. Prepare formats to simplify compliance reporting (i.e KYC/AML) and enhance its relevance.
5. Prepare MIS of compliance reporting and data.
6. Monitoring of out of pattern transactions in accounts and investigate for filling compliance assessment report.
7. Monitoring of KYR periodic review of all field offices and insure that KYR review has been done,follow up with field offices for pending KYC review.
8. Monitoring of Branchless Banking Transactions.
9. Responsible to Assist Manager to manage compliance MIS and automate reporting and to conduct compliance data analysis.
10. Monitoring preparation and submission of reports to Supervisor.
11. Ensure recordkeeping of compliance data.
12. Any other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.
1. Training and monitoring of Field Worker.
2. Fool proof appraisal of credit cases.
3. Reviewing daily dues and follow up with Field Workers to ensure on-time 100% Reovery.
4. Client satisfaction.
5. Visiting each Village Branch according to an agreed schedule.
6. Cross checking of social appraisal at the household level.
7. Doing a Financial/Technical appraisal at the house hold level.
8. Providing necessary reports to the Field Workers/ Loan officers to follow up for recovery.
9. Reviewing dues and over dues on a daily basis to plan for getting recoveries and reminding the field workers/ loan officers.
10. Helping Field Workers/Loan Officers in recoveries from difficult clients.
11. Keeping record of all Credit COs.
12. Verifying daily entries in the MIS .
13. Helping Field Workers/Loan Officers in setting monthly and weekly targets.
14. Meet clients for Verified/Utilization of Loans.
15. Reviewing loans that are not accepted by the Field Workers/Loan Officers for rejection and cross checking such cases.
16. Surprise visit of Village Branches, COs and Clients to ensure transparency.
17. Check cash in hand at village branches on daily basis.
18. Coordinating with the Accountant and checking entries in accounting record.
19. To ensure the deposit of recovery on same day from all village branches in his/her supervision.
20. Any other assigment given by AM/RPM/RGM

5. Deposit the cash collected into Bank on timely basis.
6. Cash in hand maintenance expense and limit of cash in hand.

8. Bank account for operational expenses.
9. Inter office reconciliations.
10. Stock register maintenance.
11. All staff attendance.
