A Materials engineers are involved in the development, processing, and testing of the materials used to create a range of products, from computer chips and aircraft wings to golf clubs and snow skis. They work with metals, ceramics, plastics, semiconductors, and composites to create new materials that meet certain mechanical, electrical, and chemical requirements. They also are involved in selecting materials for new applications.

Lead the project of Data gathering implementation in Retailo, Falcon securities and Trade testing board.
Interact with business stake holder to get requirement for goals to be achieved with them.
Improve monthly reporting structure and maintain timely update of all reports to the management.
Gather business development request from different teams for interdepartmental and cross functional projects and coordinate with central product for new development projects.
Review business plans and schedule external meetings to align on targets of operational plans.
Lead the cross functional team of different departments under supervision on multiple projects.
Organize Training Sessions of QA/QC Parameters for production.
To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements.
To monitor all production related materials & Approve/Reject Production items on basis of Quality.
To improve existing SOP’s of Quality to ensure the quality of production products. Making Reports on Daily Basis of Quality Control & Provide Standards for the Quality of Products.
To make sure all plant and Production equipment is safely operated. Performs maintenance checks on displays for quality, appearance, function, and safety.
Review and approve Contractor and sub‐contractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements.
Manage Quality Assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines. Reads diagrams of styles and sku'sto determine appropriate procedures for attaching parts.
To co‐ordinate and control the day to day operations of inspection personnel, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment.
Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately. Schedules and establish procedures for maintaining high STD of fabrication & measure progress.
Do have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and/or with a team. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
