As a Cost Controller prepare monthly market survey reports, daily food & beverage reports, monthly inventory valuations reports, prepare recipe costing, outlet budgeting & cost variance analysis reports.

As a purchase manager ensure to get best market rates, best quality products on credit terms, Arrange sponsorship for hotel events, and prepare monthly tenders reports. Also involve all cost controlling activities.
