Started my career from Moibilink GSM as Resident Engineer of IT HELPDESK Department having 300 Technical Support Engineers in different regions. Responsible for resolving user queries and providing Level 1 2 technical support as part of an IT Help Desk Team serving 1000 employees.
I had an additional charge of eFics Coordinator (Electronic Financial Inventory Control System) for Mobilink Franchise support of eFics/ICRM in the North Region. I had spent 1.5 years there, learned corporate ethics in a great manner.
I wanted to proceed my career in System/Network Administration side so had recruited by the Electronic Government Directorate, Ministry of IT Telecom as Assistant Network Administrator for the project titled Federal Government Data Center Intranet (FGDC I).
I was also engaged with Helping Hand for Relief and Development (NGO) as an IT Consultant for 1.5 years. I was responsible for making their IT Policies and Procedures. Had successfully completed Remote-VPN project for in-house employees and field staff.
Currently working in Hagler Bailly, Pakistan as Associate, IT Programs. I am responsible for Servers Maintenance, Data Organization, Mail and File Server Backups, IT Procurement, Network orientation/training to end-users, Technical Support for Meetings, Installation and setup of computers as per requirements.
My total work experience is over 10 years and now looking for new opportunities in a progressive organization. I want to utilize my experience and can be best fit in these departments IT Services, Technical Procurement and Workforce Contact Center Operations.
