With 4 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, I am looking for a long-term position where I can grow. My goal is to work in a dynamic environment with a creative team, in order to effectively utilize and enhance my knowledge with a career growth perspective. I have started my career as a CSR in Cinepax and later promoted to the position of CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE. I have worked in the Sales & Marketing Department of Mustaqim Textiles as a PRODUCT DEVELOPER, Later in a Car Tracker Company named BLACK BOX (PVT) LTD as RECOVERY MANAGER. And AKBER ALI & SON's as a SALES CORDINATOR/ SALES EXECUTIVE.
I have worked here as a Sales Coordinator in Marketing & Sales Department. My main tasks were:
• Making tenders. ( Last Tender was of DP NAVY for FORKLIFTERS)
• Making quotations of warehousing ,earth moving & cleaning equipment (Forklifters, Tower Cranes, Sweepers, Scrubbers etc) on daily basis.
• Coordination with the OEM (ORIGINAL Equipment Manufacturers) via calls & Emails. (JLG,MERLO,RCM,TAWI,TRACKTEL and others).
• Coordination with Clients via phone, Emails.(Mainly on karachi and other major cities of Pakistan) on daily basis.
• Making Morning Mails regularly. (On Snaget and other softwares) on daily basis.
• Maintaining the record of each and every quotation, Sale, Client On CRM, PC (Softcopies) & Files (Hard copies).
I have worked there as a Recovery Manager and later as a Sales Executive,too. My main tasks were:
• Coordination with the clients (via phone ,Emails) for the recovery of annual payments of the trackers.
• To take action in case of delay of the annual payment (Service de-activation/ Engine kill).
• To prepare quotations of the trackers.
• To maintain the data of all clients on CRM on daily basis.
• Customer care service to solve the complaints of the customers related to the services of the tracker.
• To visit the clients (as per requirement) / to arrange the meetings of the client.
• Cold calling/Sales pitch.
I have worked there as a Product Developer. Our main Client was IKEA. My duties were:
• To assist ESD coordinator and to supervise subordinates regarding sampling activities.
• To handle day to day issues of sampling section of export marketing & to maintain strong collaboration and coordination with all concerned departments/authorities.
• To supervise & monitor activities related to sample cutting, stitching & to ensure that all fabric record is properly maintained.
• To prepare & maintain reports of the samples stitched on daily basis.
• To prepare and maintain monthly executive report on samples stitched and forward it to ESD Incharge.
I was hired there as a CSR and later promoted to position of Corporate Sales Executive. My responsibilities were:
• Organizing and Managing the team.
• Dealing with Corporate clients.
• To arrange Corporate Shows.
• Maintaining list of clients and coordination with the clients (via phone/emails) on regular basis.
• To take care of all the requirements of the client during the Corporate Show.
• Multi-tasking. (To assign different tasks e.g ushering to the team to take care of the requirements of the client during the Corporate Event)
• Customer complaint handling.
• Using Vista operating system for cash/ticketing Counter.
