Device’s Integration and design constraints mitigation.
Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting MPLS based Layer-2 & Layer-3 VPN circuits, P2P circuits.
Implementation of BGP protocol with Uplinks ISP neighboring links for redundant connectivity by using BGP attributes.
Monitoring for successful delivery of Maintenance and troubleshooting to end customer.
Coordination with uplink ISP to enforce 99.9% Uptime.
Carry out planned or emergency activities at any node in the whole country
Design, implementation and Troubleshoot of MPLS VPN IP services for multiple departments
Participate and monitor the activities of commissioning and expansion with team.
Configuring and troubleshooting OSPF, BGP, MPLS, MPLS TE, MPLS VPNs, REP, LACP.
Implementing network security through Firewall.
Responsible for network resource’s  Optimization and up gradation.
Accountable for Node’s Health check and preventive maintenance.
Network measurements and fault escalation to ensure network availability as per agreed targets.
Closely monitor all network KPIs, timely escalation, reporting and management of Network Faults as well as performance monitoring including any congestion issues, keeping internal customers & management informed of service outages
Documenting all Network KPIs, Fault & Performance analysis reports
Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Faults, SLA Reporting, Wimax and LTE User statistics Reporting, Weekly Presentation on Network Overview, Reporting for legal and regulatory bodies, Network Performance analysis
Pro-actively coordinate with Regions, vendors & concerned departments for early Fault resolution, Level-2 Troubleshooting & follow up
Closely monitor and perform network access layer activities such as frequency,RF parameters change of Wimax/LTE sites, Coordination with PTA and shutting off air interface for Wimax/LTE sites
Participate and monitor the activities of commissioning and expansion with vendor and planning team.
Follow up on fault tickets; solve customers’ problems within specified SLA. Follow up on actions and measures taken by related teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Coordination with Huawei Global TAC Support in case of hardware/software failure
Coordination with service Providers to enforce 99.9% Uptime SLA, troubleshooting of connectivity issues & degraded services.
Designing and preparation for new device’s integrations.
Responsible for network monitoring using   U2000 and NMS.
