Worked for EFU Life Assurance as Executive Sales Coordinator from 4th January, 2016 to 31st July 2020 in Banc assurance department. Worked for UBL, National bank and NIB Bank as well. My major responsibilities were:
Coordination with Rawalpindi District UBL branches
To hire & manage staff for all branches
To generate and enhance business
Performance evaluation of all hired staff
Training and development of staff
Coordinate with UBL & EFU management to increase business
• To plan, execute and coordinate all ATL/BTL marketing activities.
