Develop field plan for community mobilization based on project objectives
Identify and engage key stakeholders including local community leaders, religious leaders, and health workers
Form or Revitalize Community Committees
Attend the corner meetings in the community and identify potential beneficiaries of the program
Raise awareness about project goals and objectives among community members
Organize community camps for mobile FCs where needed
Identify and record the malnourished PLWs and children under 18 months of age
Refer the civic registration cases to Registration Officer for further process

Facilitate community participation in project activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
Follow-up the beneficiaries for their periodic visits to FC
Adhere to all project guidelines and ethical standards
Tehsil TB Assistant
Transport of sputum specimens from BMUs to nearest X-Pert testing facility and transport back the results,within the tehsil.
Ensuring lsoniazid Preventive Therapy to all under five contacts.
Tracing back those Lost to follow-up cases who do not respond to telephone calls from DOTS facilitators.
Maintain a map of the tehsil,detailing all health facilities in the area, both government organizations and NGOs which specifically carryout TB activities including the staff responsible for these TB activities(name,position and location).
Visit all new registered patients at their homes within one month of treatment initiation and maintain list of verified address and do contact tracing.
Undertake any other program related activity as directed by PTP and/or D.T.C.
Social Mobilizer
Visit target communities, identify unregistered women and mobilize them to get CNICs
Prepare lists of unregistered women on given formats.
Coordinate with Zonal Managers to finalize MRV and NRC visit/facilitation plans.
Accompany unregistered women in a safe and dignified manner to MRVs and NRCs and facilitate them for their CNICs registration.
Timely achieve monthly and quarterly identification, listing and mobilization targets as agreed with Zonal Manager.
In coordination with Zonal Managers, ensure all Means of Verification (MOVs) and data sheets are submitted within the given timelines.
Mobilization Officer
Social Mobilization & Community Empowerment in the context of Child Rights, Elimination of Child Labor & Child Protection.
Policy Research and Advocacy on Issues of Child Rights and Poverty Reduction.
