• Dealing with Construction Health and Safety matters as described below.
• Preparing Construction Site Health and Safety Inspection Reports as per analyzing the site pictures and notes received from colleagues in UK.
• Scheduling monthly and daily Site visits for the clients.
• Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method of Statements) as requested by Clients for the different work activities.
• Drafting COSHH Assessments in line with MSDS (Market Safety Data Sheet) as requested by Clients.
• Dealing with CHAS (Contractor’s Health and Safety Accreditation) matters and preparing CHAS Form for the Clients.
• Preparing and Updating Health and Safety manuals for the Retainers Clients.
• Responding and sending Emails to clients as directed by Colleagues and filling them into company’s commonly used software (into shear point).
• Drafting FFT (Face Fit Test Certificates), as well as Training Certificates for the clients, which have been conducted by the Colleagues.
• Drafting FRA (Fire Risk Assessment), DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessments as per data received from Colleagues.
• Drafting Audit reports in line with data received from Colleagues.
