• Managing (1.3 million Sq ft) warehouses facilities in the Pakistan, 120,000 ambient and 3,000 temperature controlled pallet spots (0°C to -32°C), high-bay warehouses operated by 450+ staff on 24 hours continual shifts in a unionised environment, serving for several national & multinational customers.
• Monitor daily reports on inventory cycle counts, shipped location audit report, putaway audit report, ABC analysis and monthly activity of wall to wall Inventory Reconciliation.
