• Preparation of student receipt challan in ERP
• Posting the receipt challans in ERP after clearance from bank
• Explain fee schedule to students and parents at the time of admission
• Keep an updated list of student defaulters
• Clear cheques in the cheque manager from bank statements
• Timely send cheque dishonor letter to parents/guardian
• Keep proper record of PDCs and present student cheques in the bank when becoming
• due.
• Reverse the receipt in ERP for the cheques dishonored
• Handle the fee related affairs of students
• Timely communicate issues to the manager for appropriate remedial action.
