Qurratulain did his education in Rural Development from University of Sindh, with the collaboration of Wye College University of London. She worked with non-governmental organization like Savant Organization for Research Development (SORD) as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Research Coordinator, Project Officer and Project Coordinator. In this regard, she has a great experience to work at gross roots level in rural areas. She has formed different Peasant Worker Groups of both men and women, CBOs, CCBs and supported them technically as they can be strengthen their community in different areas such as Education, Health, Water and Sanitation and Advocacy projects. She also developed all kind of reports similarly project based reports for the donors as well as for government officials and presented papers to develop rural and urban areas of Pakistan. She has experience in capacity building, project management and administration at different levels. She has attended various trainings arranged by national and international organizations.
Mrs. Qurratulain has organized, coordinated and conducted more than 50 Training events for the staff of SORD. She has been directly involved in Training Need Assessment, Designing of Training, Training Arrangements and Evaluation of Training. She has conducted various sessions on Gender Development, Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, Social Mobilization, Community Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Team Building, Gender Awareness and Conflict Resolution.
Mrs. Qurratulain loves to travel and meet new people, she is inspired by nature. She wants to travel the world and explore his field of interest from understanding different cultures and employee behaviors.
Presently, she is working with Savant Organization for Research Development (SORD) as a Project Coordinator.

Project Coordinator
1. Responsible for coordinating activities of the project. To convey instructions from the Project Manager to M&E Officers, Project Officers, Field Officers and other Personnel.
2. He will be the second in command after the Project Manager and will assist him in organizing and implementing project related activities.
3. Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among project team members.
4. Maintain project calendar and milestones.
5. To work in close coordination with technical section to ensure quality of work.
6. Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Government departments at local levels, community, and local organizations and communities.
7. Ensure successful implementation of project activities, including planning and transparent procurement of grant-related goods and services. Successful implementation should include on-going consultative processes, and government and community involvement in all phases.
8. In conjunction with other program staff, evaluate completed projects.
Project Officer
1. To implement activities under the emergency response and early recovery projects.
2. Implementing field activities according to the program strategies defined by the SORD Project Coordinator/Senior Project Officer and endorsed by the Deputy Area Coordinator;
3. Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the program strategy and intended output[s];
4. Working closely with the community mobilization team to ensure proper supervision and monitoring of SORD activities;
5. Properly recording all activities according to the processes defined by the Project Coordinator/Senior Project Officer and endorsed by the Program Coordinator;
6. Providing regular progress reports to the Project Coordinator/Senior Project Officer regarding outputs achieved and progress of work;
7. Providing relevant records of implemented activities to the Database team in a clear and timely manner, for entry and update;
8. Ensure timely implementation of project activities.
9. Support field staff for the timely implementation of activities at field level.
10. Document in the timely manner, all progress challenges, and learning for future implementation of similar projects and accountability.
11. Lead assessment in the operational area for livelihood interventions.
12. Conduct regular field visits to verify quality /progress of Program interventions provide technical guidance and advice.
13. Over all coordination of project activities.
Research Coordinator
1. Assist in development of research designs and delivery of high quality public health research.
2. Designing/reviewing of data collection tools (questionnaires and moderator guides)
3. To undertake data analysis to answer the research questions and to inform the strategy development.
4. Assist in the execution of research studies outsources to the agency at all steps from execution to communication of Research.
5. To contribute and support the monitoring and evaluation function.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
1. Effective & efficient monitoring & evaluation of the project activities including field visits, spot checks and interviews with the beneficiaries and schools and education department staff.
2. Documentation of progress, lessons learnt case studies & other communications items.
3. Coordination & periodical reporting.
4. Assist the M&E Manager in the development of M&E tools for routine monitoring, periodical surveys and evaluation studies.
5. Tracking project deliverables and results on the basis of already developed indicators.
6. Regular Coordination with program team, Implementing partners and third party monitoring and evaluation teams for ensuring effective and efficient monitoring mechanism.
7. Collect and collate information for periodical progress report.
