1) Prepare switching steps for planned & unplanned interruption & final check before shutdown (include notice to customer).
2) Prepare shutdown requests.
3) Pre-commissioning & Testing.
4) Updating the progress report on weekly basis & send the report to HQ's.
5) Summer preparation report.
6) Performing assessment of peak load readings for all feeders, transformers & substation.
7) Integrate load reading for all distribution feeders (13.8KV , 33KV) & transformer.
8) Monitor network Performance & prepare reports regarding faults, forced outage, log book (Daily events), SCADA complaints reports, morning reports etc...
9) Check & update single line diagram if match the SCADA screen.
10) Real time operation (From control center).
11) Operate network equipment.
12) Network monitoring (include alerts, events, voltage, load, frequency, etc..) & emergency actions.
13) Control / switch remotely equipment inside station (Through SCADA), Include for planned & unplanned interruptions (Include tripping events).
14) Co-ordinate by phone with operators in the field, for planned & unplanned interruption(Include trip events) for station with or without SCADA, with field operators of switchers.
15) Co-ordinate by phone with fields operators for works permits.
16) Follow the producer for safety clearance (IER) for people working on the equipment in the stations.
17) Other communication / coordination (include text messages for emergencies, receiving failures notifications, updating management).
18) Support Pre-commissioning & final commissioning & Energization for any new equipment inside / outside station.
19) Switching (Review & implement, isolate, restore equipment for maintenance project, NG & customers.
20) System Tripping , Emergency / Blackout , restoring power to affected area & customers.
21) Coordinating & scheduling (Outage requests for maintenance , bulk customers, NG & operating area, etc..)
22) Emergency load shedding.
