I also have very deep digital and E-commerce hands-on experience which makes me different in the field of HR particularly in IT and E-commerce industry. My expertise are related to bring HR efficiency and effectiveness in Ecommerce, Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.), and USA federal sales (GSA Schedule/Open Market). I can help to create the best possible performance systems to get the maximum ROI by using the resources in the best possible way. During my last 9-years’ experience in E-Commerce industry, I recruited the best resources for entry level to higher level within organization and utilized them to get the best results. Besides all these skills I am very good at organizational development that helps me to set and achieve human capital related goals for an organization.
Developed the Human resource department from scratches. Led the recruitment and successfully on boarded over 100 candidates for multiple position including but not limited to head of digital marketing, head of marketplaces, and head of finance. Developed HR policies, and implemented a Performance Management System. Managed payroll, enhanced HR analytics, and set up the E-Commerce Departments, including its structure and job descriptions.
