A Brief Summary of Work Achievements:
Procurement of drugs, equipment, consumables and COVID supplies, emergency kits worth of 4 Million Euros for MdM Mission in Ukraine , Setup FWA’s and QUAMED Assessment launched and Plan. (2020)
Procured medicines and supplies, equipment for the worth of 8 million USD while working with IRC Yemen mission. Implemented audit observations for the medicine warehouse, established central warehouse for pharmacy, conducted logistics assessment for the mission, initial home work completed in order to deploy INTEGRA software. Recruited National staff. Established MSA for supplies, rental cars, IT etc. in Yemen while working with IRC (2018-2019)
Streamed line the procurements in the project of 173 million USD from USAID , where managed to procure 35 vehicles , IT supplies for 300 schools/colleges in PAK, (2014)
Handled 150+ trucks in 2005-2006 during emergency response on daily basis without any major issue.
No major accident or security incident while responsible for security in KPK(2009) and 2007-2008 in Kashmir. Established new field offices for SCI in Iraq/Pakistan/South Sudan, (25) Ukraine/Philippines, Recruited national staff, trained them and promoted on higher positions as a part of SCI nationalization policy. Launched International tenders for worth of 6 Million USD in Iraq. Established FWA’s, conducted audits and implement guidelines, Tools, contributed in SoP’s and manuals. Implemented TIM deployment in Iraq and Syria in 2015.Zero audit or disqualification because of work performed. 2010-2017.
Rehabilitated Children Park in Muzaffarabad in less than 30 days. Completed construction of transitional school structures in records 22 days with SCUK . School furniture provided to 300 Schools in Kashmir and assembled lead by Logistics. Successfully transformed SCUk into national NGO (Children First). 2005-2008. Security Management of SCI for Mardan,Buner and Swat office under the supervision of Country Security Manager(2009)
Established and managed 10000-sqm national warehouse for SCI in Pakistan for Food, Non Food supplies and for Medicines and supplies. Managed more than 100 Logistics staff directly/indirectly. Supervised the food arrangements for 500 plus staff on one base, managed the fleet of 150 plus cars, got first responder award. Established emergency procurement department. 2010-2013
