Having masters in Business Administration, I got the unique opportunity to work with some of the well reputed organizations. where I get the exposure of the world class working environment and learned valuable work experience in multiple areas like Human Resources (HR), Administration and Finance. HR and Administration has remained my focal area of interest to excel my career path and from the last couple of years, I have been working as an HR and admin professional. I have gone through and learned the core HR, Admin and Finance practices and I have developed my expertise in the areas of RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, PAYROLL, STAFF BENEFITS MANAGEMENT, STAFF ORIENTATION, LEAVE AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT,STAFF DATABASE FILE MANAGEMENT, STAFF CONTRACTS AND CONCLUSIONS AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS. While my association with Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS),I build my expertise in the field of ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION. Other than that I have full command on MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint, and have knowledge of HRIS and Scala software. Besides that I have good interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and management skills. I am fluent in spoken english and good drafting and report writing skills. My aim in life is to laid my life with integrity and honesty, and contribute towards the far betterment of an organization/institution where I am in and get the sheer chance of personal development with positive mind and attitude.

Roles and responsibilities:
 Work as an Incharge of the HR department in the region. 
 Engage and participate in updating policy guidelines and planning for implementing the policy guidelines and recommendations.
 To assist the country head of HR and the Global HR head in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, HR systems, procedures and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources function including administrative issues related to training and development.
 Work closely with the management in executing recruitment and selection procedures.
 Design and implement orientation programs for newly inducted staff or refresher courses and presentation sessions for the existing staff related to policies and procedures on timely basis.
 Initiation of staff performance appraisals on annually and biannual basis.
 Conducting Training and Development programs including yearly training calendar and training budget preparation and allocation and reach out with training institutions for seeking training schedules.
 Act as a liaison between employees and the management to ensure that employees' needs and concerns are resolved.
 Assist employees with general HR questions and maintain policies & procedures.
 Maintain and up-date all records and database of employees including leave records on a daily basis and submit report to the HR head.
 Responsible for administering Employees Benefits activities, including: Staff Health and Life Insurances, Staff EOBI related matters, Staff Outpatient medical claims, Staff Provident Funds and other perks and privileges.
 Staff attendance are maintained through HRIS and staff Leaves are properly updated through proper ledgers and staff leave applications are punched and field.
 Assist internal and external auditors regarding staff personal records and other documents necessary to product including time sheets, leave applications, contracts etc..

Roles and responsibilities:
˜ To assist Department Head in developing and implementing policies, systems, procedures and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources function including administrative issues related to training and development.
˜ Work closely with Department Head in executing recruiting activities, which mainly include need analysis, advertising, shortlisting, selection induction.
˜ Design and implement an orientation program for new staff.
˜ Dissemination of relevant information and records to the concerned entities (internal and external).

˜ Coordinate and administer employee events and share with Knowledge Management for monthly reportings.
˜ Responsible for administering Employees Benefits activities, including:  Health Insurance, leave encashment, outpatient medical claims and EOBI registration etc
˜ Staff attendance and Leave management and report generation.
˜ Assist internal and external auditors in viewing staff personal files and HR records.
˜ Liaison with management on conducting Performance appraisals through HRIS.
˜ Assist Department head in imparting training activities such as need assessments, training venue, participant transportation and lodging and other facilitation as required
