• Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise
Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
• To gather Market’s intelligence information on regular basis.
• Training, coaching & motivating the sales team and to ensure that the sales
staff is trained on product knowledge.
• Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set
objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desire results and to cultivate
strong relationship with current and potential dealers especially with Key
Accounts and Wholesalers.
• Market Intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability,
Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately
to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
• Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of
Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Refrigerators, Deep freezers, Chillers,
Shelves & Signage etc.
• Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and
Forecasting.
• Distribution Management to ensure the proper execution of sales operations.
• Zone/Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation,
Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
• Supervise the Segmented point of sales Execution through focusing on Trade
Channels to achieve the set objectives of Commercial Leadership.
• Provide expert to the distributor to manage transport fleet system in an
efficient and cost effective manner.
• Responsible of Major Key Accounts of the assigned area.
• Managing direct Sales Accounts (national Key Accounts), Relationship
development,
• Looking after stock Supplies, Complain Addressing.
• Managing a delivery Team based operations for smooth implementation
and Make sure the delivery of orders in streamline and executed smoothly
on Direct Supply Customers.
• Responsible for conversion and Retention of Key Accounts.
• Developing and maintaining outlets/customers in the assigned area.
• Responsible for Payments and their Recovery.
