Currently i am working as an Accounts Manager in an Apparel industry and Handling the Accounts, Inventory, Payroll, Production Bonuses & Administration of the industry.
My key responsibilities were as follows:
· Writing books of accounts(Journal Entry & Book keeping).
· Preparing Financial Statements Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account.
· Stock/Inventory Management
· Preparation/Management of payroll
· Verification & Maintenance of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
· Invoicing/Billing of Sales
· Performing budget forecasts and consistently working on costs reductions.
· Preparing documentation for annual external audits
My key responsibilities were as follow:
· Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.
· Creating credit scorecards for risk assessments
· Analyzing the Account Statements to calculate the worthiness of business.
· Calculation and Preparation of Income Estimation Report. Processing OR
Rejecting loans based on available data.
· Preparation of Credit Proposals and other Annexures.
· Analyzing of Property Documents and cross verification.
· Preparation and Execution of Mortgages. Preparation and Execution of
Control/Charge Documents.
