As the matter of experience, I have been working for the social up-lift of the marginalized and most vulnerable communities of the society for the last 25 years. Most recently I was engaged with Mojaz Foundation as Regional Coordinator-Monitoring & Evaluation. I have also served Complete Human Resource Solutions-CHRS Islamabad, Peace Development Foundation, National Rural Support Programme, and Punjab Rural Support Programme. I conduct evaluation for future orientation. I have worked for variety of national and international organizations in different capacities. My experience covers social mobilization, micro finance, capacity building, financial & economic analysis, action research, survey research, policy review, desk/literature review, feasibility studies, strategic business planning, monitoring evaluation of the different projects. In addition, designing of monitoring & evaluation framework, designing and disseminating of training programs for different medium to top level professional managers in different thematic and geographical areas, to conceptualizing, designing, implantation and monitoring and evaluation of different development projects in different geographical and thematic areas also cover my experience. Economic Analysis (BCR, EIRR, and NPV Sensitivity Analysis) covers my major area of interest. Academically I am an Economist cum Anthropologist with a progressive experience of addressing different international development and corporate organization within Pakistan.I studied in the top most institutions of the Pakistan and learned a lot from these institutions and applied it in different field as well. I have traveled extensively within and out of the country. I have an experience of almost 300, 000 Kilometers jeep travelling in the remote areas of the country ranging vast plans of Punjab, Sindh to hill terrines of KPK, FATA, Northern Areas and Blochistan.
