• Coordinate with suppliers and review their operations to determine factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.• Responsible for buy at minimum cost by rationalising the demand, thus generating effective savings.• Implementation of contract agreement for suppliers along with inclusive amount of retention money.• Strengthened professional relationships with a wide range of customers by meeting and exceeding customer and vendors expectations and requirements within pro-active approach.• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.• Review price comparison statement and propose recommendation based on commercial completeness.• Devising ways to optimise inventory control procedures.
