Oversee the performance of the EMCs and contractors in the light of NFR/Field diary at District level for the purpose of smooth execution of contracts and to ensure that the project runs according to the agreed program.
Responsible for reporting any discrepancies in execution of contract of service by the contractor.
Responsible to send all documents from project Engr. including periodic reports (Notes for record) NFR/field diary and technical evaluation reports to Regional Director on timely basis.
Develop a thorough understandings of the TORs of contracts with the EMCs and contractors and prepare a gap report in line with his understanding and the notes for record.
Communicate the gap report to the relevant Regional Director Projects & Services.
Carry out surprise visits at different sites in the District for physical verification and to ensure the integrity of the notes for the record received.
Finalize a District vise action plan with the plan received from the Regional Director and communicate it to the relevant Project Engineers.
Analyze independent evaluation reports received from project Engineer.
Responsible for liaison between Regional Director Projects & Services and the project Engineers.

Take periodic rounds of site to ensure quality product and to check operation of plant.
Responsible for managing and handling any Maintenance activity at my plant.
I am responsible for the production of end product from my unit, which confirms to quality standards and meets the quantitative production target.
Optimizes the unit process variables in consultation with Area Manager for producing the product in utilities that is economical and confirms to the quality standards & generate power according to requirement of IFL and other sister plants of the group.
Maintains constant production rate from utilities according to design output and operation values. I investigate any deviation in the production rate from the operating values to find the causes of production loss and take steps to specify the situation to bring the production rate back to normal.
Responsible for the startup & shut down of Gas Turbine Plant and Utilities plant. I organize the staff for safe shut down or start up confirming to all standards of safety and plant operation.
Responsible for handling any emergency occurring at my plant and reach at site to access the situation and take necessary corrective actions. If a shutdown is required, I have to organize a safe shut down in consultation with Area Manager and in coordination with related units. After normalizing the plant, I have to investigate the causes of the problem and prepare reports regarding emergency. After getting feedback from shift staff, I prepare a separate report in case of production loss.
I suggest steps to be taken to avoid/minimize causes of any emergency at my unit to Area Manager and implement than after approval.
I put forward recommendations for the improvement at my plant regarding product quality, quantity and optimum safe unit operation & better working environment.
