I hold a university degree in social sciences and have 7 years of relevant experience in managing donor-funded WASH (PATS programs) and nutrition programs. I have a proven track record of managing large project teams across multiple districts of Sindh and possess an excellent understanding of participatory development, rights-based approaches, and regional context.
I have in-depth knowledge of the Pakistan Approach to Total Sanitation (PATS), Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS), SLTS, and institutional WASH. I have excellent command of the English language, strong analytical and report-writing skills, and am proficient in using word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
I have significant experience in implementing community-based water supply, sanitation, and hygiene promotion projects in coordination with government line agencies. I also have experience in research methodologies and documenting best practices.
In terms of skills and abilities, I have a good understanding of community participation and the integration of water supply with sanitation and hygiene. I am knowledgeable about PSEA, protection GBV, gender inclusiveness in the WASH context, and low-cost sanitation and hygiene technologies.
I am able to communicate in local languages and with administrative skills, enabling them to work effectively with people at managerial and occasionally senior government levels.

Responsible for smooth implementation of project activities as per agreed project plan/Detailed Implementation Plan.
Ensure programme implementation plans are in place & tracking tables are established to track & monitor progress as per PATS approach
Provide technical backstopping, expert advice, team management & leadership support to the project field team(s) in developing, designing and implementing project activities.
Ensure timely delivery of the project activities and efficient spending of the allocated budgets
Establish and strengthen networking with WASH and other sector partners, especially health and nutrition, education, Child Protection
