I have a proven track record of managing large project teams across multiple districts of Sindh and possess an excellent understanding of participatory development, rights-based approaches, and regional context.
I have in-depth knowledge of the Pakistan Approach to Total Sanitation (PATS), Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS), SLTS, and institutional WASH. Responsible for smooth implementation of project activities as per agreed project plan/Detailed Implementation Plan.
Ensure programme implementation plans are in place & tracking tables are established to track & monitor progress as per PATS approach
