Heading the project to launch Nissan & Renault Passenger Cars in Pakistan from Marketing & Sales side.
Concluding most of the strategic level decision including product planning, pricing/ profit management, Volumes estimation & model life management for both the brands.
Design & Development of the Dealership/ Distribution network strategy, ramp-up plan & working out feasibility of the dealers based on different volumes & areas.
Designing of marketing strategy including Fixed Marketing Investment & Variable Marketing Expenditure for all the models to be launched in Pakistan Market
Creating Marketing plans, developing Marketing strategies, Competitor scrutiny, Pricing strategies, Sales forecasting & conducting Trainings.
Developing promotion strategies for Toyota Corolla and its Planning, Execution and Evaluation.
Managing and directing multiple dealerships within a region, also adjusting sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district
Engage in forecasting sales for the current month with the projection of next Three months (n+3).
Designing and recommending sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Engage in designing and executing sales promotional activities and marketing events at dealerships.
Liaison with creative agencies and media buying agencies and handling all ATL & BTL activities.
Developing pricing strategies for the current Toyota Corolla and its new variants like Limited Editions.
