I am Master’s degree holder in Business Administration from Preston University Peshawar Campus with speciality of Finance and Accounts.
I have more than 17 years of professional experience in development sector.
As a team lead responsible for optimal utilization of organizational resources, proper coordination with line department, sector partner for the smooth intervention and desired result. I also part of the team to review and synthesize progress reports and make presentation for higher management.
I have expertise in thematic areas i.e. WASH, Education,Livelihood and Coordination.
I have extesnsive experience of soial mobilization, coordination with INGOs, NGOs and Government Departments and operational activities. I worked in emergency, early recovery and development projects.
To implement and monitor the social mobilization program in three district Bannu, D.I.Khan and Kohat as per guidelines.
Provide necessary input regarding PRA tools and techniques for Pakistan approach towards total sanitation (PATs Plus).
Provide necessaryi nput in BCC, IEC Materials preparation.
Maintain close liaison with line department, Government relevant authorities, District Administration Chichana Camp, sector partners, provincial team and UNICEF for ensuring smooth implementation in order to achieve desired results/project objectives.
To ensure an excellent team work to bring in harmony among individuals involved throughout the conduction of a particular activity by proper management and problem solving.
To monitor, analyze and report field activities as per program design.
To prepare program progress report on periodic basis.
To review and synthesize the progress reports and make presentations for program seniors as and when required.

In general, shall be responsible for all aspects of coordination including liaison with relevant stakeholders. The incumbent shall also complement efforts by different staff involved with project in different capacities and report to the supervisor (XEN PHED Charsadda).
To plan/supervise the interventions in the field, identify short comings and provide guidance for course correction during the implementation of the project.

Working or have an interest to work for NWA IDP’s or host
communities.
Ensure effective coordination of all WASH interventions in the
schools, Health facilities within the hosting areas and camp if
established.
Ensuring that all planning is based on gender sensitive programs.
Work toward development of adequate prepadness measures and
contingency plans for IDP’s currently residing in the schools if
decided to shift in the camps.
Ensure that WASH responses are in line with Water and Sanitation
policy guidelines, technical standard (sphere), and relevant
Government human rights legal obligation.
Adequate WASH impact reporting and effective information
sharing with WASH cluster to demonstrate gaps addressed.
Carry out joint needs and gaps analysis quarterly, involving all
relevant partners and ensures beneficiary participants.
Ensure Close coordination with Line departments/Civil authorities
& PDMA.
Attend WASH cluster KPK/FATA meeting on regular basis.

• Responsible for all activities of the regular program unit and shall report to the focal person in local Government department through the coordinator.
• Effective Monitoring of the program activities and quality achievements.
• Ensuring implementation of all hard and soft components of WatSan cell (WASH Activities )with particular emphises on water quality and hygiene promotion.
• Maintaining close coordination with partner organization, line department and local council so as to ensure appropriateness of interventions to local needs, their compitability with sectoral strategy and their designing tergeted to protect the health of benificiaries.
• Overseeing that budgetry allocation of local council are in consnance with their program in WatSan sector.
• Identification of shortfall and fedback from benificiaries and stakeholders for remedial measures.
• Assisting Local Councils in preparation of annual work plans and project documents in water supply and sanitation sector in accordance with the sectoal strategy formulated by Local Government department & local council board.
• Ensuring consultative, participative, & effective implementation of the program.
• Report to Secretary LCB, and Secretary LG,E & RDD on the specified projects under the supervision of WatSan Cell.
• Responsible for WASH Cluster meeting arraangments, minutes and reporting to Coodinator & WASH specialist.
• Reporting to UNICEF on monthly basis on different formats regarding Fund Transfer, project activities, WASH activities.
• Supervise the WatSan cell project team on soft & hard
Activities.
