To me mistake is an opportunity, this thinking has always helped me I to achieve my dreams, I have received two awards in two big scientific competition and one in best business idea. Follow up the equipment operation data (temperature, pressure, feed, flow) and ensure the stoppage and start-up of equipment comply with the safety standards. • Control & optimize heat consumption, power consumption, dust emission, NOX, CO2 emission, etc. • Implement timely corrective actions to comply with the established quality parameters. • Identify and analyze data, indicators and trends of the production process, provided by digital control system in order to implement preventive and/ or corrective action to improve the equipment performance. • Follow up the operation parameters of the equipment to ensure smooth equipment operation. • In charge of DCS operation for all plant areas. • Put the new equipment start/stop sequence and interlocks. • Ensure high levels of equipment performance and optimum operation cost. • Evaluate and recommend improvements in usage of equipment, material, manpower, performance and quality. • Review operational reports, identify root cause of performance gaps, and take corrective/preventive action to improve production performance and plant availability in coordination with appropriate group. • Done a weigh feeder and bins calibration work. • Shift lead on clinker export and cement bulker loading.
Plant Erection Phase :
- Worked with FLS in new cement plant installation(Line-III).
-Developed a equipment checklist regarding electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Monitored the electrical and mechanical equipment installation work against FLS policies, procedures and standards.
- Part of OBI team.
- Lead the refractory installation work.
Plant Commissioning Phase:
-Work work with FLS in commissioning phase.
-Lead the Cold run testing of bag filters, rotary feeders, belt conveyors, bucket elevator, air slides, diverter gate, separator, mill fan, gypsum crusher, apron conveyor and weigh feeder.
-Monitored the Group Run test.
- Part of main bag house Dye Penetration test.
- Done a weigh feeder and bins calibration work.
- Shift lead of cement mill operation commissioning.
Production department was my field of study. During internship I got the practical knowledge of conveyors, preheaters , kiln, separators, heat recovery sections and new crushing Unit. There, I experienced the maintenance of kiln and learned about types of brick lining used in it. I also visited the air quenching unit during maintenance and learned how it works.
I was the Internee at PoweProduction department was my area of study. I have learned and experienced the cement production process and also the maintenance of ball mill,hammer mill and vertical roller mill.r Cement for 1 week.
I have studied and presented the report on Fish Protein Concentrate(FPC) in PCSIR. The report includes the cost and economic analysis of new FPC plant.
