i am working as a production shift in charge in cleaning solution pvt limited. it is a china based detergent powder plant
My responsibilities includes

Responsibility to achieve daily target production of each plant.
• Carry out all corrective maintenance (electrical & mechanical) to ensure smooth operation and
keep the record
• Responsible for implementation of First In and First Out Plan for new materials and finish
products.
• Coordinate with QA & QC department regarding quality issues of all departments.
• Point out all safety hazardous and remove them

It’s a Bio Diesel Plant. Being as a Process Chemical Engineer it’s an
honor for me to become a part of first Bio Diesel Plant in Pakistan. As a Process Engineer
I participated in plant erection, hydro testing, air testing, vacuum testing and
commissioning. This process consumed free fatty acids to convert them into methyl ester
(Bio Diesel) by the process of esterification, this process consist of six sections Preprocessing, Pre-esterification, Trans-esterification, Atmospheric Distillation, Methanol
Recovery through distillation, Glycerin Processing
 My responsibilities include
 Shift supervision
 Achieve Optimum Production while keeping quality in mind
 Smooth and Safe running of Plant
 Achieving day by day goal set by higher management
 Understanding the process and completing the designed process requirements
 Strong problem solving ability
 Have a good knowledge about instrumentation, pumps and utilities, flow meters, heat
exchangers
 Running the process smoothly and effectively
