I was leading end to end import process, import of machinery, raw materials, and different spare parts for the company.Managing all the tasks involved in international sourcing e.g trade inquiry, vendor selection, order placement, letter of credit, arranging payments, advice of shipment, and managing import documents. Managing the whole procurement process, including RFQ's , vendor selection, negotiations, purchase order creation, and invoice processing, resulting great reduction in procurement costs. Expert in managing the portfolio of all the vendors, negotiating favourable terms and conditions, resulting in reduction in vendor cost while maintaining the standards of product service/quality.
