1. Work closely with Manager of Supply Chain Management Local Department
2. Responsible for managing appointments, scheduling, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
3. Assisting other Supply Chain Management officers in their daily duties Like Technical and Financial Bid Opening, Issuance of Performance Bond Guarantee, releasing the Bid Bond.
4. Responsible to work closely with Indent Review Committee Members and review file related questions to update manager.
5. Responsible to another administrative task related to SCM Department.
6. Responsible to Dairy Dispatch on daily basis.
7. Responsible to clerical major duties.
1.Reporting to Managing Directors and CEO for all matters related to HR and Administration. 2.Completely looking after Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Compensation and Benefit.3.Looking After General Administrative Task.4.Manages talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.5.Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits researches and proposes competitive base 6.On Boarding Newcomers to the company.7.Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.8.Tracking the employee performance.9.Oversees the daily workflow of the department.10.Provide Guidance to different department and support them in HR related work.

To assist in the process of opening accounts for the worker in a timely manner in order to avoid any Mishaps in salary transfer of employees.
Make certain that the Employee cards made are as per their designation, and details are accurate
Issue SESSI and EOBI cards through Administration department.
Issue Life Insurance/Medical cards to all workers after they have been confirmed.
Look after all the transfer of all workers in the system, to make sure the process is done on time.
Control the over time of workers whose OT has been approved compared to those who aren’t Look after the soft skills training needs of the workers, and ensure their trainings are done
1.Report to Assistant Manager HR on Daily Activity of recruitment hiring and Employee grievance Etc.2.Actively involved in the recruitment process of lower level and mid-level employees.3.Generate monthly payroll of Head Office. Production and Sales employee including all regions on SAP Software.4.Look after the Attendance of Head-office, Production and other Regions.5.To prepare the Full and Final Settlement of Employees and Worker according to the Company Policy.6.Prepare Job Post and Upload Job Posting and Screening the best Candidate for required Position.7.Actively involved in the sales Incentive verification on monthly Basis and Generate report.8.To fulfil the position as per need of departments in a timely Fashion manner.9.To Handle the Grievance employees and workers.10.Resolve all Employee regarding Salary Issue and other allowance issues.11.Maintaining and keep Employee records on monthly basis.
Actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing the JD and managing the hiring process
