Project Lead: Lead coordinator for TTWF digital micro-school program. Managing overall operation and implementation of the micro-school program. Coordination with new partners for the implementation and scale-up of the new digital micro-school model
Implementation: Ensure effectiveness of program implementation through multiple monitoring mechanisms. Support field team by frequent field visits and providing feedback to field progress and challenges. Working closely with the research team to ensure efficient and effective assessment and data collection.
Support other projects: Providing support for the implementation of Teach the World Foundation in-school tablet and smartphone program.
Key Achievements: Established 5 digital Micro-schools in Karachi, 2 in Lahore, and 1 in Badin.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Managed the monitoring & evaluation activities as per the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Framework, coordinated and collaborated with donors and other stakeholders over monitoring & evaluation, data collection, and information.
Project supervision: Conducted frequent field visits to project sites to assess activities and ensured efficient use of resources. Contributed to the country management team through timely processing and dissemination of MIS reports, M&E findings, and best practices to facilitate evidence-based planning, learning, and decision-making. Facilitated M&E capacity-building activities, including building the technical capacity of the monitoring team.

Planning and Execution: Planned and implemented SABAQ digital learning program for in-school and out-of-school children, achieve donor targeted milestones. Carried out supervision and digital monitoring of SABAQ centers and formal schools of SABAQ projects. Coordinated with partner organizations for successful implementation.
Budgeting and Recruitment: Ensure accurate budget forecasting and expense planning, participate in the transparent and timely recruitment of project staff (developing organograms, ToRs, elaborating recruitment tests). Ensure regular performance appraisal and career management of project team
Teamwork: Working closely with the M&E team in preparing online monitoring tools to assess the progress of SABAQ Learning Centers and schools. Ensure efficient and effective data collection and reporting from the field. Working closely with streamline leads to ensure timely training of staff, teachers, and facilitators, and any academic-related issues from the field are directed back to the leads
Key Achievements: Established 545 SABAQ Digital Learning Centers. Enrolled 22,000 out-of-school children in SABAQ Digital Learning Centers. Planned and implemented SABAQ digital learning program in 220 Punjab Education Foundation schools in southern Punjab.

Planning and Execution: Planning and Implementation of education program, coordination with Government, private organizations, and other stakeholders for education program scale-up.
Team Lead: Responsible for the regional staff recruitment and development. Conducted training and refresher activities to strengthen regional staff. Assisted staff and teachers in developing low-cost/no-cost educational resource material.

Key Achievements: Managed 700 Non-formal BRAC primary schools in northern Sindh and established 380 Non-formal primary schools in Jacobabad, Shahdadkot, and Khairpur districts.
