Internship
During my tenure, I was allocated in the Internal audit teams of Packages Limited, Bulleh Shah Packages limited, DIC Pakistan Limited, IGI General Insurance and Packages Construction Limited and assisted in the following activities:
• Obtained understanding of the initial risk assessment, Internal Audit Plan and Internal Audit report
• Developed understanding of the process related to preparation of audit planning documents
• Learnt and assisted the team in preparing work programs
• Developed the understanding and performed ageing analysis of receivable and payable function
• Analyzed and assessed the Inventory, Production, Receivables, Payable, Marketing and procurement procedures, checks and controls. Furthermore, vouching related to these areas is also performed.
• Understood the system of inbound and outbound logistics and identified the audit risks
• Understood the basics of SAP
• Performed the responsibility of Internal Auditor in Bidding process of waste and disposals of Packages, Limited
• Performed test of details and test of controls
• Stock checks assignments
