8- Preparation of daily Dispatch, Production and in Store Stock report (Daily and Monthly).
9- Look after housekeeping and maintain the record.
10- Maintain Daily Visitors IN/OUT record.
11- Demand requisitions related to stationery, housekeeping and furniture.

4- Leaves entry of all employees Oracle and maintaining the leaves record.

8- Preparation of CPL violation report of employees who worked on rest day/Holiday and did not avail CPL.
9- Maintain close coordination with all employees regarding any issue in Leaves or attendance.
