- Manage & Supervise platform operations for fresh supply chain for optimum performance. - Monitor and supervise receiving and quality assurance for Fruits & Vegetables. - Review market surveys and perform analysis on competitors pricing and availability of Fresh produce. - Lead and train the platform and operations team on various aspects. - Regular follow ups on receiving, quality checks and dispatch processes for smooth operations. - Plan and execute logistics and other relevant movements (Fruits & Vegetables )from stores and platform. - Business agreements with farmers and growers for fruits & vegetables supplies. - Over view security procedures and protocols at platform and stores.
