• Posting Monthly Consumptions of Farms & Hatcheries
• Posting of Adjustment with Associate
• Reconciliation of Monthly Closing Store Balances of Farms & Hatcheries
• Reconciliation of vendor ledger
• Payment and Posting of Mobile Bills
• Create transfer order Diesel, Vaccine, Medicine
• Maintain Bank Reconciliation Filling
• Rectify wrong Posting of Consumption
• Daily Vouchers Filling,
• Other duties consistent with the role as required by time to time.

• Prepare sales invoice
• Prepare payroll sheet
• Prepare monthly Receivable report
• Prepare monthly Payable report
• Costing
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate
• Deposit Cheque received into Bank
• Reconciliation of vendor ledger
• Reconciliation of Banks
• Compile monthly reports
• Follow up recoveries
• Answer customer quarries
• Other duties consistent with the role as required by time to time
