Handling administrative tasks related to the hospital's daily operations.
Managing a team of administrative staff and ensuring that all tasks related to appointments, billing, patient registration, and record-keeping are executed flawlessly.
Assists special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Assist in Annual Regulatory Audit, Departmental Audit, and any other 3rd party audit.
Ensuring that the hospital's inventory is well maintained, and appropriately stocked with the necessary supplies, biomedical/non-biomedical equipment, and medicine.
Drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for inventories.
Supervise that the Warehouse is properly set-up, cleaning and security conditions are respected.
Responsible for managing the hospital's finances, including the allocation and disbursal of funds, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining financial records.
Forecasts and estimates for annual and quarterly budgetary requirements of the hospital.
Prepare the financial forecast at the start of the year to be forwarded to Project Management Unit containing the service wise and month wise expected expenditures of outsourcing contracts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget utilization reports.
Liaison with healthcare establishment departments to identify the needs.
Organizing staff meetings, resolving employee grievances, liaising with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
Maintaining and monitoring of branch operations (by checking of vouchers, GL reports and other system generated reports regularly) in order to strengthen the branch internal controls to ensure that processes and activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid down banking policies, procedures and SBP regulations to avoid any penalties
Plan, direct and control the counter services / branch operations by distribution of work (job rotation) among branch staff through well-defined tasks and responsibilities while achieving timely and accurate processing of deliverables and provision of quality service to the customers
Approval and authorization of transactions as per approved DOA limit
Supervise all ATM matters and formalities regarding account opening, closing, and amendment matters to implement KYC / AML policies
Preparation, analysis, maintenance and submission of all MIS reports to various departments (internal / external) in a timely and accurate manner as and when required
Oversees & supervise administrative activities of branch

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
