• Coordinate with supportive departments to resolve customer issues(e.g. Home address Updating)
• Customer Need
• Perform Courtesy calls to valued customers
• Dispatch all the corresponding documents to respective departments
• Render personalized services for relationship building with valued clientage
• Handling complaints, queries and suggestions of customers
• Courier analysis
• Fake Sales analysis
• Previous bills return analysis
• Prepare required departmental reporting and maintain daily activities log
• Operate all the systems i.e. E-Point, E-FICS, Siebel
• Handled valued direct Debit Clientage informing about their credit card and payment status.
1 Make sure Sales Targets are signed by each SBU / BM / RSM by Month & Quarter.
2 sales Stock movement plan by branches
3 Update sales & collections dashboard report of all regions / SBUs on daily & monthly basis
4 Send daily Sales by Quantity to regions on daily basis.
5 Update sales,collection,Product dash board on daily basis, and send to all official Whats App groups accordingly
6 Compile tour plan of all Enviro team and submit to HR / Admin Department
7 Coordinate between sales team and Head Office on new product policies / prices or promotions etc
8 Coordinate between Head Office, Logistics and Sales team for processing orders and deliveries.
9 Compile branches travelling & allowances before forward to finance & follow-up
10 Dealing with reversal matters
11 Prepare sales man incentives and forward working to finance department
Any other assignment assigned by the management.
